PT INDONESIA NANYA INDAH PLASTICS was founded on February 5, 1976 and is part of Taiwan's Formosa Plastics Group (FPG). It was det up as a cooperative venture with Mr. Tjia Lam Seng, and with the support and encouragement of FPG Chairman Y.C. Wang. The Company is located in Semarang, Jawa Tengah Province. Its plant cover an area of over 11 hectares. Main Products are PVC Sheet and PVC Leather, most of which is supplied to Indonesia's market.
Since 1977, flexible PVC Sheeting production lines have been installed. Rigid PVC film production facilities went online in March 2002.
Our flexible PVC Sheeting can be used for tablecloths, shower curtain and other miscellaneous finished goods. Products are hight quality, bright and colorful and appear in a wide range of application. The new Rigid PVC Film output is suitable for finishing by downstream firms through vacuum molding as stationary, fitting and packaging materials, etc.
This factory is a major foreign investment to Jawa Tengah Province. It also maintains thr outstanding approach to business and technical excellence of all companies in the Furmosa Plasticts Group. As well as constanly pursuing effective production methods and product quality, the company is raising the technical abilities of Indonesian companies while offering numerous employment opportunities in the area. We employs the most advanced equipment to produce extruded PVC sheeting, leather and sponge leather having the qualities of weather resistance, high strength, comfortable to skin, and easy processability. To stay in line with the vogue, new product with novel print design, embossed pattern and special surface treatment are introduced for use in the making of shoes, handbags, luggage, stationary, exiercise appliance and vehicles. The coated PVC leather is soft and fine grained. The special material used in its surface treatment gives it elasticity and extra softness. Product with new surface pattern and colors are developed to address various needs in the making of handbag, furniture, fabric, stationary, and vehicle upholstery.
PVC rigid film is transparent, bright colored, sturdy, acid resistant, building material and ornaments.
